Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Carriers: We ship most items via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the item’s size and weight. The shipping method is indicated on your order.
Condition of items: All items are described to the best of our knowledge and are guaranteed to arrive safely and without damage caused by shipping. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on a resolution.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us — we are happy to make it right.
To initiate a return: Contact us first through our Contact Us page before sending anything back. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Eligibility for return: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging (where applicable)
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items not eligible for return: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted without prior written approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be issued as either a money-back refund to your original payment method (within 2 business days of approval) or an exchange for an equivalent item, depending on available stock and any prior arrangements we have made.
Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged, etc.).
Trackable shipping for returns: For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending a return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of tracking.
Used / Refurbished Item Disclaimer
All items sold by 3SF Media are used or refurbished unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Items are tested and described as accurately as possible, but used computer components may show signs of normal wear. Condition details are noted in each product listing.
